Rich Edison

Richard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Next Frontier Real Estate Holdings and a Business Broker with Hallmark Brokers, where he advises clients on the acquisition and sale of privately held businesses. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and Texas. With over 25 years of experience spanning finance, technology, oilfield services, and real estate, he brings a strategic, investment-driven perspective to every transaction.

Richard previously served as Managing Partner of REBEL Realty Investments, LLC, where he led two real estate investment funds that successfully outperformed all competitors. His background also includes serving as President & CEO of a Private Equity firm, directing investments in emerging technologies, and founding Spectrum Capital Partners, which grew into one of the world’s largest long/short proprietary trading firms before its successful sale.

In addition, Richard has held senior leadership roles as a Managing Director and Division Head of Asset Management Consulting for multiple investment banks, advising institutional clients on portfolio strategy and performance.

He began his career in the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of Captain, and continues to bring discipline, leadership, and a results-oriented approach to his work with clients.
