She has prepared, overseen, and contributed to hundreds of valuations for purposes related to gift and estate tax planning, management planning, transaction (M&A), SBA valuations, financial reporting, and litigation, among others. With a background in business valuation, strategic growth, and exit planning, Nataliya brings a blend of financial rigor and real-world entrepreneurial insight to every transaction.
She specializes in working with founders and business owners who want high-touch, confidential support in optimizing their company’s value and creating a smooth transition to what’s next. Nataliya’s approach combines detailed financial analysis with strategic advisory, ensuring her clients are positioned to attract qualified buyers and close strong.
In addition to her brokerage work, Nataliya sits on NACVA boards and actively contributes to industry standards and thought leadership in business valuation. She is also the author of The Value Vault, a practical guide to understanding and building business value from the inside out.
