John Williams

John joined the Hallmark Business Brokers, Inc. team to guide existing business owners through a thoughtful and orderly exit from current ownership. Likewise, he also assists those in pursuit of business ownership.

As a former owner of multiple businesses, he appreciates the decisions and considerations associated with a well-planned transition. He has served on various private companies and non-profit boards, where his work has included guidance in divestiture and merger activities.

John is a licensed Sales Associate with the Florida Division of Real Estate. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Troy University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

He and his wife Michelle are long-time residents of Sarasota County. They have three children who all attended Florida State University – Go Noles! He enjoys golf, travel, skiing, and being outdoors.
